    Specialized Brain broke? Definitely send it to this guy!!! Jon was great! Service was fast and professional. Works great now! My Bike: 2012 Specialized Epic 29 Problem: Rockshox / Brain went all pogo-stick. Exactly as described in the posting. Local bike shop evaluated and told me $350 and 4-6 weeks - if they could find anyone at all to fix it. (That was the Minnesota way of saying, "Go away") Keep up the good work, Jon!
