  I ordered the items on February 11th. The seller refunded my money on February 27th. The only communication and explanation came at the time of the refund: "Something was wrong with the buyer's shipping address." There is nothing wrong with my address—I have ordered hundreds of items from eBay without any issues. This seller may not actually stock their items but instead orders them only after receiving an eBay order. My customer got angry at me for waiting for this product for nothing. No good!

  asked if it was both driver and passanger side. seller said yes it was 2 parts. what a waste of time and money to only be sent 1 part. and to pay more than the toyota dealer charges for new. feel very ripped off.

  Listing stated handling could take up to 10 days. That was fine, but I messaged the seller just to double check that the part was in stock. Seller didn't answer my question but responded that it could take 10 days and I could wait or cancel. I said I'd wait, no problem. After 10 days, the part was still not sent so I messaged the seller again for an update. No response, but the seller instead just canceled the order. So frustrating! I messaged again and no response as to why it was canceled.
