    Had one defective switch and no sooner I contacted the seller late on a Friday afternoon, they immediately responded apologizing for the issue. They promised to send a replacement on Monday and I had it by mid-week! Appreciate the excellent customer service. Just to add, the switches were carefully packaged and they kept me informed during every step of processing my order up to confirming the delivery. I highly recommend this seller and would definitely buy from them again. Thank You!

    The seller is fine, the packaging was great and the item worked. USPS was terrible!! To travel one state they decided to send it literally around the country taking a week and a half. Would buy from seller again but prefer NO USPS.

    The USPS lost this item and said it was delivered. I took a copy of the delivery receipt and showed it to them. USPS told me they would look for it. USPS called me later in the day and said they found it. I went to my PO BOX the next day and it was there. This should show everyone when it says it is delivered it may not be delivered.
