  Item was shipped quickly and seller was really responsive. It was also packed safely and matched the item description. Seller thought the incorrect item was shipped, and sent a replacement. I reached out when I received the two packages as both items were the same, and they told me there was no need to pay for it or send it back. Seller was very kind.

  Always an amazing experience shopping at this store! Very fast shipping and package was securely packaged; the art portrait arrived in perfect condition and without damage. Image and quality is just as described and pictured. Great communication and was provided updates. I highly recommend checking out their store, there’s a lot of things that I can’t find in my country (US) at really good prices.

  CD arrived in perfect condition, was secured tightly wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap in a box. The seller reached out to me to inform that the item had shipped, it arrived without any issues. Really appreciated the heartwarming messages left by the seller.   The books were in perfect condition - better than described and like new. Packaging was perfect and well-padded. Shipping was faster than I had anticipated, although they didn't ship right away. Good experience overall, although the seller isn't great at communication - I'm guessing there is a language barrier. They don't really respond to questions (I tried to add items to my order after it was processed and received an unrelated response).

  Such an incredible store! Purchased a total of 30 books at a bargain price on 7th Feb and they arrived 19th Feb with free P&P. Brand new condition. Packed very securely.
