  The golf club was wrapped so tightly in layers and layers of plastic and packing tape that I had to spend 1/2 hour cutting it off and in doing so, damaged the club. It should have been shipped in a proper box and not sent the way it was. I don't recommend this vender.

  Our goal is to package and ship items so they safely get to the buyers, and it appears, from your comment, that we accomplished that. The real problem appears to be the way you decide take a sharp object to the item to unwrap it. We've had thousands of seamless transaction with over 1700 buyers taking the time to leave positive feedback. If there is an issue, we always gladly work in a way so that the buyer is satisfied.
