  Shipping was really fast, specially coming from Japan. It came in less than a week, which was very surprising. It was packaged well and undamaged when arrived. It was in great condition, and as described by the seller, almost brand new. The tariff added 10% onto the price but it was still an amazing value. There was great communication throughout the purchasing process as well, and I would highly recommend this seller to anyone. They even included a thank you letter

  As many have stated, I was a little worried about ordering a sax from eBay, but this was hands down the best seller I've ever interacted with. The package arrived in 3 days, from the other side of the world. Not to mention the sax is in fantastic condition for a used item. They answered my questions promptly and were very understanding of any concerns I had. Even with the tariffs, the price was better than anything I'd seen on Marketplace. Can't recommend Lext Music Tokyo enough!

  Seller was absolutely amazing...so kind and responsive. I love the Japanese oragami she sent along with the instrument! The saxophone I purchased is gorgeous and better than as described. It was well packed, and I could not believe how quickly it arrived to me in the US from Japan. I ordered it on Saturday night and it arrived early afternoon on Tuesday! It was so very easy to pay the tariff, which I was worried about. I will shop with Lext Music Tokyo again when looking for an instrument!

  My experience with this seller was very positive. I sent them a couple of questions and they always responded quickly, and always very polite. They even negotiated with me on the price, even after they had “eaten” the 10% tariff by offering a coupon for 10% off the price. I have not yet seen my tenor sax because it arrived at a dhl facility since we were on vacation, but I have no reason to doubt their honesty in the presentation of the product. I would definitely do business with them again.

  I was a little nerve racking ordering items from Japan to the USA with the new tariffs. However, the entire experience was very positive (except the waiting 1 week in customs). Seller was amazing! The product was exactly as promised. It was packaged, shipped and arrived with no issues. Saxophone looks absolutely new. Sounds absolutely great. Great value to buy a barely used musical instrument over new. Thank you!
