  I ordered/paid in full for Dobson the Butler $668.91, Sept 13, '24. Listing said 2 left & would ship within 4 days. It has now been 10 days today, nothing on shipping, mailbox full when I have called (x3) and no response to 3 emails (today last one). I wanted this item by Sept 21, '24 (yesterday) as we were having our pre-Halloween party & Dobson was the "Greeter". We are not happy customers, and I will be following up with other negative reviews and complaints if I do not hear from today.

  The Count As Described! Fast and safe shipping to FL. Incredible realism in the details, but fragility (hard foam mold?) scares me. Uncovered face and hands to inspect and look amazing. Waiting to unwrap entirely. Great seller for getting such a great quality fright prop from!
