  Issue with postage due to myself being unavailable therefore item was returned to sender, very disappointing considering the cost of postage was £7.98, very excessive for the size and weight of product also. Re-arranged postage and received promptly. Extra postage costs incurred to me, another £4+ however a further item purchased was included in the final parcel so everything turned out okay in the end. Communication with seller was excellent, very helpful.

  problem with royal mail they lost the parcel seller responded very quickly and refunded money straight away very nice polite people to deal with would not hesitate to deal with them again royal mail are at fault not the seller

  The spring never arrived but the seller was so helpful and gave me a refund no problem I would recommend this seller as although I never got my item the seller was very helpful
