  Item arrived quickly, however it looks different than the listing. Tie is quite a bit darker in person, moreso than the photos portrayed and it came badly stained. Hopefully the stains can be removed once dry cleaned. Seller offered a return, but at my expense. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

  So sorry you weren't happy with your purchase. We offered a full 30 day refund with free return shipping, which the buyer declined to take advantage of and kept the item. Also, the photos in the listing were taken under studio lights and are accurate consistent across all of our listings of other items.
