  Didn’t ship until well after quoted latest delivery date. Did not proactively contact me—I had to contact them. Did respond to my emails within 24 hours. When I asked for tracking info, they sent the wrong tracking number. Product is very good quality but wasn’t a standard size. Description should have a dimensioned drawing.
