    There's no reason it should take 9 days from order to shipping without communication. Having to do it over again I would not have ordered this. Plus the item description implied the item was a natural sponge. It wasn't until late in the process I realized it wasn't.

    The quality it just like I would use at a spa treatment. Love it. The condition is brand new and still packaged. Great value for the wonderful bathes I will get from them.
