  Excellent seller! Product was exactly as described, packaged well and it was shipped quickly (: there were issues with the post office, but as soon as I let FQ know, they realized what happened and sent out the package again without issue. Great communication and would buy from them again!

  i do not give negative feedback lightly however this seller is an abuser, first sent a damaged item, then demanded i ship it to another address then the one eBay provided me. ( Ebay advised me against this as i would not be covered under ebay return policy if i did this) the seller then filed a false insurance claim, and they left me negative feedback it is really sad, but people like this should not sell on ebay
