  Initial product desired was not in stock but the seller did offer an alternative which I chose to get. Shipping was scary and not the company I would want to use as a shipper. Confusion and worry set in but the seller stepped up and allowed me to keep the item even after a full refund was issued back to me. Top seller that I will readily use in the future if needed.

  Good price, good quality material, the seller is easy to get along with and shipped the material relatively quickly. Of course, the USPS sent it on walkabout in Narnia for about ten days, but that's not the seller's fault, just USPS SOP. I'll be back again when I need more. Good seller overall.

  Shipper sent the product out quickly but the delivery was very slow. I asked the shipper about it and was told it was delivered. It actually delivered a couple days later. I'm assuming he just got it confused with a similar product I ordered around the same time. So I will give 3 stars for communication instead of 5. I would still buy from him again, though.
