  This item was received is as described on Ebay. It was a great value!! It was very well packaged. It was shipped via USPS as it seems most ebay sellers use, and USPS tracking sucks. There travel time are not much better eitherSo Shipping is as it is.

  One of the best sellers that i've had the pleasure of dealing with. First all the seller made a mistake during the shipment of my order and went above and beyond to correct the issue and make it right, before i even had the chance to realize there was an issue. Second, once my package arrived, it was in terrible condition and the box was badly dented (completely USPS' fault, not the seller) but thanks to the sellers great packaging nothing was damaged. 10/10 would order from again, thank you!

  The doll was shipped quickly, the plastic packaging was cracked at arrival, I don’t know if it was like that or if happened during shipping. The doll is in good condition. Overall it was a great value for the price.
