  Shipping was earlier than expected which was nice. Packaging was good with a sturdy box and bubble wrap. It was as described, the value of the doll was as described - I didn’t see her hair was cut in the description so that’s my bad. Overall a good experience

  It literally took me 20 minutes to unwrap my fragile item. It was expertly packed with an abundance of tissue paper in every negative space, bubble wrap, packing paper, double boxed, and then, even more bubble wrap and packing paper. And I so TOTALLY APPRECIATE every bit of it!! I bet this seller can wrap a mean Christmas gift 😊. Beautiful item from an easy to work with and professional seller. Highly recommend!
