  The wrong item was shipped, but seems like an honest mistake, and the seller went out of their way to call ebay to see how to respond. They got the shipping label to me quickly to return it and refunded quickly. It did not give me the option of an overall score, but based on the sellers fast response and not ghosting me... I would give a 4 star due to the sincere apology and making it right as quickly as humanly possible.
