  Great device works as promised. USPS lost item for 15 days (it circled back and forth between the same cities. I contacted the seller he put in a tracking request and the device arrived 4 days later. Without the seller's help it would probably still be traveling in circles around the country.. The seller was great blame the late delivery strictly on the USPS.

  The seller and product are just fine and came within the quoted delivery time. However, ontrac tracking is basically worthless. It does not show anything on time like other tracking with the majors. It even showed that the package was not shipped or even picked up for shipment until about 5 hours before it actually delivered 5 days later. Shipper/seller-- good---------ontrac+-- bad...
