  Ordered two veterans pins, one was the incorrect type. Contacted the team immediately, after a very short period of time they sent out a replacement and refused the return of the incorrect item. Top tier customer service. The items purchased are of impeccable quality, well worth the cost, and look fantastic. Slightly larger than the MoD issued versions, but that means they stand out more. Items arrived well packed and in a co diction before g a brand new item. BZ team, you are exceptional.
