  Ordered two veterans pins, one was the incorrect type. Contacted the team immediately, after a very short period of time they sent out a replacement and refused the return of the incorrect item. Top tier customer service. The items purchased are of impeccable quality, well worth the cost, and look fantastic. Slightly larger than the MoD issued versions, but that means they stand out more. Items arrived well packed and in a co diction before g a brand new item. BZ team, you are exceptional.

  Pictures showed a green box. The item that arrived was covered in yellow paint. The box was full of dead vegetation. I contacted the seller and they refused to accept the product was not as described and offer a resolution. I would never purchase from them again.

  I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the ammo box you received. As these are used military surplus items, we clean all boxes, but their condition can vary quite a bit. Our description notes that they will show signs of wear: "As they are used military surplus they may have signs of wear such as rust, slight dents and scuffs, some may also have various forms of paint or paint chips, writing and stickers on them. Boxes will be supplied in green or black. Please feel free to return for a refund.
