Ordered Samsung a13 plug charger and cable. Delivered as stated but the cable part wasn't working. E mailed seller. Received e mail back quickly saying they were sending out another cable. It arrived and works. Very good interaction by seller. Thank you

Amazed how many different sites and prices.Chose this supplier who was best I was able to find-let alone delivery date ;which was achieved by GPO 48 hour service.. very good product and packaged well.

Battery arrived, condition wasn't very good. Seller happily resolved the issue and everything went to plan. Ordered a new battery from elsewhere. Good seller, doubt it was intentional and it was just a mistake. I do recommend the seller.

My particular item was a low quality product which wasn't mentioned in the listing so I was disappointed with my delivery but the company gave me the option for adopting for another pair or a refund which I felt was more than good enough so I'd have give them 4 out of 5 in ratings, very good communication.👍👍👍
