This seller has the best communications that I have ever seen in a sell. The Tweezers are at a great value. The Tweezers are as described and in excellent condition. Shipping was very fast.   I’m not one to give a seller a bad review if I can avoid it. This reel took weeks to be delivered and seller claimed EBay had the item posted while the seller didn’t have it in stock. So… I had to wait quite a while for the manufacturer to send the seller a reel to finally ship to me. Problem was… I ordered it for an upcoming trip and it never arrived in time although there would have been had it been in stock. Seller told me I had to wait and although I did receive the item, it was too late

  The shipping was very slow. I sent an email after a week as the tracking did not show an entry scan yet. No response. I followed up with a 2nd email the next day and threatened a missing package claim, and received a response within a 1/2 hour saying it had already shipped. The next morning, the package was entry scanned at the post office. (???)It took two and a half weeks for the package to arrive, instead of the 4 days I was shown when I purchased the items. Items were in good shape however.

  Arrived well packaged. Item sent was a newer 2.0 version of item shown in photographs. Ideally looking for older, original Gulf redfish line. Spoke with Ed (seller) regarding this issue.
