  luck would have it, my original pair of Chelsea boots that I ordered from eBay or terribly damaged and had scuff marks that were hidden in the photos. Luckily eBay intervened and I was refunded the amount. That seller said I didn’t need to return them, but I wanted to.on the other hand, these shoes are new, the box came in. I got them in time and they’re absolutely beautiful.

  First - seller never communicates, I asked a question, no answer. Then after reading some reviews, I still took the chance to buy the item. Second - shipping took 3 weeks to receive the item, again no communication Third - when item came in, it was a pair of socks! I own my own eBay store and strive to make it right for the customer. These guys even after wrongdoing, never communicated with me as a buyer. This is not the way to do business. Returned the item after all!
