  Either the package is lost or it was never shipped. In any case, after minimal replies from the seller, 2 weeks since purchase and a case opened, this seller had made no effort to fix things and make it right. A refund should have been issued immediately upon the "item not received" report was made. Word to the wise, Ebay mailers are absolute garbage! Small dollar item, principle is at play here. I definitely won't buy from this seller ever again. Proceed with caution.

  Sorry your experience was so disappointing. I'm bummed to hear that you won't be buying from me again. Though while we are on the subject of "principle", you had the option to select a different shipping option at checkout. So your decision is ultimately the root cause of the missing card. However you want to look at it I followed the eBay policies and procedures and you were refunded.
