  My throttle arrived well packaged and in good condition. The seller promised to sell me another related item - the softer grips and I asked for a link or invoice so I could purchase those on 3 different occasions with no results. It is clear now he promised that to get me to purchase the throttle when he had no capability o sell me the optional soft grips. Happy the throttle part arrived OK. In spite of this, I already recommended the vendor to many other friends.

  Ordered part, I realized wrong part, tried to cancel order in that hour or two, of same day, order cancellation rejected (said part was shipped already), waited for part, week 2,3,&4 contact, seller, about part/refund, nothing, so had to contact ebay. Made sure to highlight this seller for future avoidance.
