  The clock alarm is not working, I have contacted the seller for instructions how to set it but either negative or no response. He claims the alarm was working before he sent it but is unable to tell me how to set it! How can that be possible. It arrived reasonably packaged with the actual clock only wrapped in a piece of gift wrapping around it, but fortunately there wasn’t any damage, other than the fact that the alarm will not set. Sent couple of further messages but no response. Very upset .
