  I received the wrong mold. I ordered Dona’s mold D1464 Gingerbread Boys. I received Alberta mold 1359 which I really can’t use. I have ordered from this seller before and their service is always excellent so I’m sure it was just a mixup. Sorry but my technical skills are limited and I can’t figure out how to contact the seller to let them know. Can you help?

  The mold is adorable, and the seller was very responsive! Mold is in good condition, and nothing was damaged in transit. Arrived on time! Well packaged, and secure. Mold was clean and the details inside are crisp! There is a superficial chip on one exterior corner, but that is as described and not the seller's fault. The mold was well protected so it transported fine!

  I received the item well packaged, and protected, and it arrived quickly in good condition. The slip mold was as described, and is the second of two sets completing the 12 ceramic figures. Shipping was as expected due to the weight of the mold.
