  Purchased this set as Christmas gift for a family member. The items matched their online description. The shipping time was as disclosed and on time. Sadly one glass didn't make it. However, this was very likely due to the time of year (increased number and size of packages to encounter). The seller did a great job packing. I reached out about the loss. The seller was awesome!   Gift item! Item was delivered safely to recipient after quite some time through customs and checkpoints; but the packaging was really great and presentable that the items arrived safely unharmed!
