  The seller had two items listed for sale the shower arm and the 2 1/2” flange. All descriptions included the flange so I bought them. When the package came in it was missing the 2 1/2” flange. Contacted the seller who offered to have me send it back for a full refund. But I had already installed the shower arm. I had to use my old flange. Couldn’t wait any longer. Seller knew the listing was wrong but left it in place. I don’t like giving a seller a negative review but he has had a few in past
