  There was an issue with the shipping and the seller and I were quick to reach a compromise once the seller was made aware of the issue. The Carriers were the issue, not with time but quality. Box was damaged thus contents were damaged. i consider this a positive transaction and I will continue to buy from this seller by adding to my favorites

  I want to thank this seller for their quick response to the item that was damaged, through no fault of their own, but to the mishandling by the USPS shipping service (the box arrived torn, punctured, ripped open with parts missing. I assume the pieces are lying on a postal shipping floor somewhere in the US). It is sellers like this one that makes eBay such a great place to shop, especially for those hard to find items one may be seeking. I highly recommend this seller!

  The part came defective, and I’m not going to lie…I wasn’t happy. But, the seller immediately refunded my purchase plus shipping costs. Because of the merchant’s reaction, I’m certain that he/she didn’t know anything was wrong with the part. They made it right without even a moments hesitation. That says so much about that person’s character. I would definitely have purchased from them again, had they had another part in inventory.
