  Bought an item from them that was never shipped. After several msgs & days of no contact I wanted a refund, only then did they sent one msg explaining they had no copper to make their items but it would be delivered on time. It never was!! After 2 weeks of no delivery, no more contact and more msgs about my refund they finally decide to make contact and refund my money. I'm still waiting on that. Bad communication, bad business ethics.

  I'm sorry that we've had so much trouble understanding each other. Because of the copper issue, I had the machine shop direct ship to you for speed of delivery. If you look up your tracking number (9400136106194286070975) you'll find that your order was out for delivery on August 6. For some reason it was "returned to sender" by USPS. I apologize for all of this confusion and I issued a full refund the same day we were messaging.
