  Flever Sounds is very professional in how they communicate with shipment! They are very detail-oriented and will make sure you are satisfied. In my case, they showed me several photos of the guitar's condition and how thoroughly it was packaged. They also de-tuned the bass guitar before delivery.   This was my first time ordering a guitar from overseas. Overall very happy with the seller and the way it was packed but not happy that I got no notice from fedex or the seller about the form I would need to release the order from customs. It was held in customs for a week because of this. Now the guitar did come just a day late but I had to pick up the order and went back and forth with fedex all day because I missed the delivery due to miscommunication from fedex. Overall fedex sucks.
