  The item arrived with a shattered cap (see pic). It wasn’t properly packaged. Also since the pic in your listing showed 2 items for that price I was expecting 2. It was reasonable to assume it was for 2 I feel because many other sellers are selling one for $19 shipping included. But the fine print on the second page does say it’s for one. It’s just very misleading the was you have it displayed. You should only show one in the pic for that price like all the other sellers.

  MOST UNDERSTANDING & PATIENT BUYER WE HAVE HAD IN 27 YEARS. We bought shipping label through eBay 42 minutes after buyer purchase, delivered package to Post Office customer service counter, USPS clerk scanned & gave us the scan receipt as usual. After 42 DAYS & more than 14 hours on phone with eBay & USPS who refuses to deliver this to buyer or return package to us because they claim that eBay has not paid USPS for the postage that eBay still has along with the sales tax that eBay charged us.
