  Battery came in original wrapper and well packaged however was dead on arrival. Seller was quick to give some pointers to try to get battery to work but unfortunately it remained a dud. Seller was super fast on refunding the battery though and was super courteous . Would recommend seller and will do business with again if opportunity comes. THANK YOU !!!

  Blu ray set was packaged securely. UPS for some reason HELD the package for 4 full days before handing it off to the USPS. This was no fault of the seller. I am very happy with my purchase!
