Hi there. I’m Leslie Drollinger Stratmoen, the owner of Flappers to Fringe Vintage who’s a performer, clothing historian, theatrical costumer and life-long collector of all-things-vintage. What you’re finding here in my eBay store is a variety of collectibles and clothing pieces from my costume shop and personal collection. I’m in the process of liquidating what I won’t be needing for my last exhibit, “From Flappers to Fringe,” the story of how people, places and events influenced what women wore in the 1920s-1970s. You can follow along on my website @flapperstofringevintage.com. There you’ll find that I’m building the exhibit around my own personal collection of women’s clothing and accessories. It’s presented through my photos, taken of my model and actress friend Oakley Boycott, that show the styles worn during each decade accompanied by written information about the influencers of the times.
