The communication prior to and during the transaction was as if I was speaking to him in person at his shop. The Zeiss Otus lens was packaged securely and arrived exactly as described. For an used Zeiss Otus lens the value was the reason I purchased it. Shipping was surprisingly fast. I can not say enough good things about this transaction other than this is a trusted seller on EBay. A+++
