  I ordered keyrings from this company, they were sent out for delivery the very next day, unfortunately royal mail have still yet to deliver 9 days on ofter the delivery date. Even though I cannot review the items I am reviewing the company as they have been fantastic. I soon as I emailed to say item not arrived they straight away apologised and offered a refund, I said I would give it a few more days. Unfortunately they still did not arrive. This is what you call outstanding customer service.

  Great seller, shame about the courier evri who lied and stated they had delivered at 22:14 on the Monday then said another 2 failed attempts, finally arrived on the Friday after the seller had started the refund process, can't fault the seller.

  Great seller with whom to deal. 5* service and product as described. It is such a shame that Evri are so incredibly unreliable, although in our area the drivers can be relied upon not to deliver parcels to people's addresses - just anywhere seems acceptable to them. On the road side, in a hedge, at completely the wrong address, on some else's car bonnet et., just anywhere that they feel like. Another 0 star rating for Evri.
