I won't use it because it shouldn't rattle, is clearly damaged. I have sent two messages to him this week asking for a returns label but no reply. It's a shame because this was the second one I ordered and the previous showed up promptly, in its original packaging with no rattle. Considering it's sole purpose is to keep scene me from being electrocuted, perrsonally, I would not have sold this.
