    Very fast postage, very well packaged in bubble wrap and styrofoam to avoid damage to hard drive during transit, exactly as described in images with HD Sentinel Pro showing same power on and read/write stats. Great value for money, thank you for a pleasant transaction.

    Item is operational and as described by the seller. Unfortunately, despite asking for the delivery address to be updated to my business, which was confirmed by the seller, it was still delivered to my home address. This was an unfortunate mistake which the seller apologised for but I was not offered any compensation.

    Seller gave lots of info in post even though it is a used item I knew exactly what I was getting before it arrived. Seller listed all defects that had shown when they tested the item so I knew why it was cheaper than other versions on eBay but it made me trust this seller more, my test confirms issues listed by seller and no unreported issues.
