  Exactly as promised / pictured. Worked perfectly - just plugged it in and my machine was working like new again. Part was brand new in the original shipping carton- protective film still in place. Looked perfect, no scratches or marks. Shipped quickly and arrived on time. Excellent vendor - I will use again.

  This used console solved my elliptical problem. It was an expensive machine and I'm glad I was able to locate a console for it as it is an older machine. Works like a charm so far. Packaging was good, not great. Service was smooth and shipped out quickly. I'm glad I found Hydra Fitness Exchange. Item is identical as shown in the photo and description. Great seller.

  BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!!!! Scammer and dishonest Not willing to admit they are in the wrong. I used the part number on my old drive belt to order this product. The numbers on my belt match the advertised description this seller has on this item exactly. After receiving this item I discovered the item sent did not have the same part number on the belt. I contacted this seller to request a refund and was offered a refund minus shipping to me and they want me to pay for shipping to return
