  The seller was very responsive when I inquired about the shipping status of my purchase. There had been an issue with the shipping and the seller provided a full refund. Though I'm a little disappointed in not receiving the item, it was an overall very positive experience because the seller provided excellent customer service, was very kind and professional. I value that more than I care about a mistakenly lost object.

  I received the package today and it was just as described. It was packaged very nicely and even though the box was banged up really badly. This figure was not damaged. Thank you for the outstanding service. I will be saving you for future purchases.

  Quick ship. Item was more or less as described. Unfortunately, item arrived a little damaged but the seller gave a partial refund as a result. I recommend more carefully packaged items in the future. Seller made it right so I’m satisfied with this transaction. Item is still what I was looking for. It will just need a little TLC.
