Item never delivered, communication was awful. I reached out and it took several days for them to reply the first time. They finally gave an excuse that the item was lost in the mail, when the tracking showed it was never delivered to the post office. Then when they asked if I want a replacement, they never sent it nor did they reply with any further emails. Thanks to eBay policy, I was reimbursed.
