  I love my new tote. I had been watching it for a while and decided to just get it. The item even though use is as described. I don’t see any defects. Shipping was fast. The tote is suede and the seller did n awesome job of packaging it so not to get messed up. The value of the tote is great. I will use seller again.

  Had an issue with packaging and contents and had to returned. No issue with seller - refund was processed quickly & good communication. She tolerated my pouty moaning about it being damaged in transit because I was so bummed about it being damaged. A Total professional. :)
