  Placed order on Dec 6th and it was supposed to ship within 3 days. Followed up after almost 2 weeks and still no update. Have initiated a refund. Terrible responsiveness and looks like they just take the money and send you nothing. Do not recommend buying from this seller.

  I had to cancel the order. The seller took payment, waited days to contact me and tell me they no longer had the product (size 7 shoes) but wanted to substitute with 8.5. Who accepts shoes a size and a half too big? Especially for 136.00$. They waited just long enough to contact me that the time for cancellation of the order had expired and I even got an estimated shipping date. I contacted the seller 3 times after that to request a refund with no response. eBay stepped In. Avoid this seller

  Contacted seller almost 72 hrs after payment was received by her requesting shipping/delivery information. She responded that she sends items out in 48 hrs, not on the first day after payment. If that was the case, my item should already have been sent 24hrs before. However, she decided to cancel the order and issue a refund. I have received the refund although I did NOT request her to cancel the order. I do not have the shoes that I wanted, but she still has the shoes she was trying to sell
