Everything went well except for packaging. The post on both earrings were very badly bent b/c they were mailed in a flat pack and w/o enough bubble wrap. I notified the seller and they thanked me for my recommendation. Love the asymmetrical earrings though! PS I was able to straighten the posts well enough to wear.
