  Never shipped item contacted seller. No response. Put in a refund request and got a response stating they shipped it but was returned to them and they had no idea I had a problem. Also said they were unable to attend to problems ask if I wanted it shipped again I said no a refund. Never got my refund nor any reply. eBay had to issue refund. Not a very good seller.

  I did respond to the buyer as soon as I knew it was a problem to see what the buyer wanted. She wanted a refund which I was happy to do. I sent the request for the refund. Ebay had a hold for the amount on my acct & would be issued on Monday, and I did not need to do anything else on my end. I assumed since the amount was held, the refund was automatically issued. I am a good seller & did what they said to do. My customers & feedback are very important to me. I dont know what else I could do :(

  Can't say that I'm happy but everyone makes mistakes the item was mislabeled and it wouldn't have mattered much if it wasn't a gift for someone the reason for the positive rating is because when I messaged the seller they responded quickly and tried to fix the issue immediately they also seemed sincere and honest about the mistake and the item was in good condition and shipped out quickly and was packaged well I still would recommend this merchant thank you again
