  Product was as described, in brand new condition with factory sealing. The product was sent in a single bubble mailer, which did not protect it from all damage, there are very little indents at the corners of the slipcover but otherwise nothing major, the product is still in great condition. The item was delivered well on time. Seller was helpful and I would gladly buy from them again.

  My apologies for a delayed review - it's not the seller, it’s ME! Owing to a new orchid hobby, I wanted to find & decorate with an array of vessels – planters, pitchers, vases, cachepots, etc. This piece is more beautiful than described, and fits wonderfully into my collection.   I give this seller five stars. But there is a story behind it. First the seller did ship immediately, but do to the disastrous fires in California, USPS mail took more than a month to deliver. I’m compassionate and patient, so I understand the delay. I received dvd finally and excited to receive it. Unfortunately, upon opening, I find the case had been badly damaged. I contacted the seller and even though not to his doing he provided a full refund. Will use again.
