  I had an amazing experience! The seller was extremely kind and answered all my questions really quickly. The figurine was extremely well packaged and arrived safely.   Item arrived damaged, contacted the seller to inform them to which they insisted that the giant hole with stuffing coming out was "to let the plush breath." I insisted further, using a photo, that it was damaged and not "part of the design," which they agreed. They told me I could "sew it back up myself" (not my job as the buyer" and refunded me only $4. Will not be buying from this seller again and I wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone else, they will not take proper accountability
