  The item was packed securely and arrived 1-2 months earlier than the expected delivery. There was some miscommunication about the delivery in my end but was quickly fixed. I found some imperfections, which I don't mind, but everything else were brand new and of high quality. Would order from this seller again if there are items that catch my interest :)

  It was well packaged, although definitely didn't have the same appearance than in the photos. Rather unexpected, but I reached out to the seller and he accepted to provide a partial refund given it was not what we expected.

  Firefly Figure took a couple weeks from the time of purchase to get here, but that was expected so it wasn’t a problem. Figure was packed exceptionally well, lots of bubble wrap and foam to protect it. It arrived in immaculate condition. It’s a lot bigger than I expected and came with a lighted base which I did not expect. Very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with the seller was phenomenal. Will be purchasing from them again.
