USPS had apparently misplaced my item at their facility, and could not nor would not assist me. I contacted the seller, and without hesitation, I was offered a prompt refund. Today, 2 weeks after my in person discussion at my local USPS facility, I finally received my item. His communication and kind service was excellent. I have asked him to please put through the charge again as I now have item. Excellent experience. Thank you!
