  The wheel arrived quickly and as pictured. Condition was good. Appearance was like brand new. Great price for a Ford original item. The description could have been clearer. Communications with seller were responded to in a timely fashion. This seller likely picks the part from the vehicle after item is sold...I didn't expect that. I would nevertheless, still buy from again.

  Arrived in a box torn to shreds, but the wheel was in fine condition (albeit without the hubcap from the photos). Mounted a tire and stuffed this in the trunk of my car, since cars don’t come with spares anymore. Selling price was fair, and the wheel was as advertised (except that all photos included the hubcap they did not send)

  Shipping took longer than advertised. Packaging was subpar. The light did not include the whole assembly - there was a piece missing that makes installation incomplete. The description didn't mention the chip on the housing, though, it was mentioned in an inconspicuous spot to make it less than obvious. Multiple attempts to contact seller to give them an opportunity to right this situation but have not had messages returned.

  This is an excellent seller. Saved for later, will definitely buy from again, or at least check stock here before going to my local pick-a-part. They dropped me a message with tracking and let me know to reach out if anything. Item (driver mirror) came wrapped in bubble wrap ensuring safety in transit. Item came on time and looks exactly as pictured and described, no surprises. Thanks for a good, easy experience.

  I never received the part purchased. It said it would be shipped 3 days after purchase, and would arrive 4-9 days after purchase. There was never any tracking information available, and I never received the part. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times and never received any responses. Ebay issued a full refund after submiting this issue. First time purchasing though this company and would not recommend them.
